Ahoy ye, landlubbers! Ye be ready to go on and adventure ‘cross the seas? It be not fer the scallywags and weaklings. This be a journey of courage, bravery and discovery.
My Pirate series is one of my favorites (don’t tell the others that). I was able to let my pirate heart soar across the pages and *figuratively* across the seas. It contains such a varied cast of characters–each with their own fear and quirk. I truly just had a BLAST writing the exchanges between them.
List of My Series Faves
Fave Cover:
Dynami’s Wrath (because the outfit she’s wearing on the cover is an Ebba original. Eternal Gambit is a close second.
Fave Secondary Character:
This is SO hard. I’m sitting here changing my mind every five seconds. But I *think* it has to be Grubby. Or Plank.
Fave Book in Series
Hmm, I’m gonna go with Eternal Gambit. Closely followed by Veritas, Pillars of Six, and the rest of the series. LOL.
Fave Creature in Series
Sally the alcoholic water sprite. Omg, wait! Matey the kraken. I don’t think I can choose between them.
Fave Scene
Okay. This is hard. There are so many I love. I’ll say… All the times her fathers quote from parenting books sticks out. The HUGE battle scenes. Oh, and that scene in book seven where Ebba, her fathers, and a couple of others are sitting under a tree just reminiscing.
Fave Song
Grubby’s Song (“There once was a lad who swam rather well…”) for SURE. Did you know that each song in the series has an actual tune? I’d need to consume an entire bottle of tequila to ever sing them, but the tunes DO exist.
Follow Ebba Viva and her six, yes six (6!), fathers on a journey to save their realm. Their simple life of sailing the open seas turns into a fight against an ancient evil force. Fate comes barreling through and turns these pirates’ lives upside down and even throws in a sweet Prince and silver-eyed scallywag of a pirate for good measure 😉
Join this rag tag team of unsuspecting crew mates as they journey far and wide to save the world as they know and create new bonds and unsuspecting friendships along the way.
